Learn Scuba Diving Try Scuba Event - Experience the trill for the first time with a scuba instructor in a pool or pool like conditions.  1-2 hours.  Must be 10years old.  Equipment is included. Only$55.00 each diver

 Discover Scuba DivingPADI Discover Scuba experience, you can try scuba and find out what scuba diving is really like before you commit to a full certification course. We will spend time with you explaining the basic principles of scuba diving and give you an overview of the equipment we supply. Then we will take you in shallow water to help you learn basic scuba skills.  Then we will take you on a short discovery dive up to 40 feet.  Equipment is included.  Only $125 each diver

Open Water Diver Certification – The PADI Open Water Diver course is the world’s most popular scuba course, and has introduced millions of people to the adventurous diving lifestyle. The PADI Open Water Diver course consists of three main phases:

  • Knowledge Development (online, home study or in a classroom ) to understand basic principles of scuba diving
  • Confined Water Dives to learn basic scuba skills
  • Open Water Dives to review your skills and explore!

To enroll in the PADI Open Diver course or Junior Open Water Diver course, you must be 10 years or older.

If you have a really busy schedule you can do a Private class.  For a Private classes please add $150.00 each diver to the course fees below. You will also need your own Mask, Snorkel and Fins.

Knowledge Development and Confined WaterOnly $329.00 each diver  Includes eLearning, Multimedia or Book and video.  Note: you will still need to do 4 open water dives to be certified.  Take documentation of the class to your vacation destination to finish or finish locally.  You will also need your own Mask, Snorkel and Fins.

Underwater AdventuresAdventure Diver – The PADI Adventure Diver course helps you get more out of diving by introducing you to new types of scuba diving adventures. It’s a great opportunity to work with your instructor to build your scuba diving skills and gain more confidence. You start by choosing any 3 Adventure dives, completing the knowledge reviews and then doing the dives with your instructor. This class can be completed in one day! Advanced Open Water - Exploration! Exictement! Experiences! They’re what the PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course is all about. And no, you don’t have to be “advanced” to take it – it’s designed so you can go straight into it after the PADI Open Water Diver course.  The Advanced Open Water Diver course helps you increase your confidence and build your scuba skills so you can become more comfortable in the water.  This is a great way to get more dives under your belt while continuing to learn under the supervision of your PADI instructor.  This course builds on what you’ve learned and develops new capabilities by introducing you to new activities and new ways to have fun scuba diving. Rescue DiverRescue Diver – Take on this challenging and rewarding best describe the PADI Rescue Diver course. Building upon what you’ve already learned, this course expands on what you already know about how to prevent problems, and how to manage them if they occur.   The fun part about this course is rising to challenges and mastering them.  Most divers find this course both demanding and rewarding, and at the end, say it’s the best course they’ve ever taken!

  • Self rescue
  • Recognizing and managing stress in other divers
  • Emergency management and equipment
  • Rescuing panicked divers
  • Rescuing unresponsive divers.

Course starts with study materials and progresses to 2 days of open water dives.

Prerequisites: Adventure Diver or Advanced Open Water, 12 years old and current CPR and First Aid.

Recommended: Emergency Oxygen Provider, AED for Divers, and DAN Diving Emergency Management Provider.

Specialty DiverSpecialty Diver - Gain significantly more training and experience in a variety of diving environments.  Specialties can include, but not limited to: Underwater navigator, Deep Diver, Wreck Diver, Search and Recovery Diver, Nitrox diver, Boat Diver, Photography diver, Peak Performance Buoyancy, Night Diver, Etc.  See list here.  Some Specialty Diver courses may require Adventure Diver or Advanced Open Water as a prerequisite.  Rescue is not required, but recommended, for specialties.

Course Fees: Varies depending on the Specialty course taken.   Average cost can range $100 – $150 for each course (in addition to costs for Open Water Diver, Advanced Open Water Diver and Rescue Diver).   Plus cost of the materials and equipment needed for each Specialty course.

 

 

 

 

Master Scuba DiverWith the PADI Master Scuba Diver rating, you have reached the highest non-professional level in the PADI System of diver education. It means that you have acquired significant training and experience in a variety of dive environments. To qualify you must complete the Open Water, Advanced Open Water and Rescue classes, plus complete 5 PADI Specialty courses and log 50 dives.

Course Fees: Varies depending on the Specialty course taken.  Average cost can range $500 – $750 (in addition to costs for Open Water Diver, Advanced Open Water Diver and Rescue Diver).  Application fee for Master Scuba Diver is in addition to fees paid for Specialty courses. DivemasterDivemaster – Looking for the first step in workng with scuba as a career?  Maybe you want to learn more about assisting an Open Water Instructor during classes.  Your adventure into the professional levels of recreational scuba diving begins with the PADI Divemaster program. Working closely with a PADI Instructor, in this program you expand your dive knowledge and hone your skills to the professional level. PADI Divemaster training develops your leadership abilities, qualifying you to supervise dive activities and assist instructors with student divers. PADI Divemaster is the prerequisite certification for both the PADI Assistant Instructor and PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor certifications.

Prerequisites: minimum age 18, Rescue Diver, current CPR/First Aid.
